We have a highly trained manager at each branch office who is directly responsible for sourcing applicants from within the community. We work hard to recruit people who understand the importance of public relations, guest services, and customer satisfaction. Our interview, screening, and qualifying program is extremely thorough, consisting of both peer group and the traditional one-on-one interviews. Additionally, all of Staff Pro’s guards receive a thorough background check.
