Clarissa’s fourteen years of hands on training validates her as our expert in performance management. She has a proven track record of aligning people strategies with field operations to maximize on-the-job productivity and individual skill set. Her daily responsibilities include providing education to our front-line employees, supervisors, event managers, and branch managers. She develops performance management tools and designs that pair teaching strategies based on performance results. As the Director of Sustainability, Clarissa works closely with the Sustainability Task Force and meets frequently with stakeholders to identify existing efforts and opportunities for collaboration. Her sustainability efforts allow Staff Pro to integrate sustainable practices into our daily operations as well as find solutions to challenges facing our branch offices and the areas we all reside in.
