Curtis has been in the event staffing industry for nearly two decades. His experience is vast and he has the priceless ability to take on both the strategic and logistical needs of our largest branch office located in Southern California. As General Manager, Curtis oversees the day-to-day functions of this massive branch which hosts our most diverse base of events. Under his watchful eye and keen sense of team building, he manages a full-time staff of over twenty along with a base of a thousand employees. As Director of our Tour Security Division, Curtis is hands on traveling the world providing the highest level of security to well-known performers including Gwen Stefani, No Doubt, Weezer, 50 Cent, Korn, and Christina Aguilera. He advances the venues/facilities and carefully determines their ability to meet not only his demands, but that of the clients. From across the globe, his managing, direction, leadership, and command of efficient operations is all in a day’s work. Given his impressive coordination, it is a wonderful testimony of teamwork at its best and authenticates his ability to manage effectively from abroad – also, it is a clear sign of a very well-oiled and in sync cast of managers and supporting cast of front-line employees and their delivery of service.
