Stacy brings an extensive background in claims handling and insurance issues. With over eighteen years specializing in claims administration and consulting, her experience allows her to efficiently advise all levels of the Staff Pro team on multiple matters related to claims and contracts. She develops, analyzes, and consults on the implementation of company-wide risk objectives encompassing strategic initiatives, controls, and projects. In partnership with the Executive Committee, she is critical to foreseeing potential risk and exposure and makes solid business directives to reduce such. As a primary responsibility, she focuses on the selection and legal support to Staff Pro and its’ insurance representatives. She provides technical direction and leadership to operation’s staff and claim oversight teams. Her additional duties include, but are not limited to; recovery claims, general liability claims, contract analysis and support, preparation of correspondence, information tracking, and reporting. Her work involves the thorough review of information, including; summarization, analysis, interpretation, and representation.
